I had a very frustrating time with my previous pharmacies over the past year. The pharmacist at Link pharmacy was incredibly kind and patient with my prescription concerns. Very personable and was willing to take time to talk things out and actually inform me about the specifics.

Called inquiring about medical device. Pharmacist was very pleasant and professional. They had what I needed so I went to pick up the item. Again, in the store the pharmacist was extremely nice and helpful!! Unlike other pharmacies where I feel like I'm imposing on them, this pharmacist made me feel valued as a customer and he has earned by business!!

The BEST pharmacy in Lakeland!!! I have had multiple prescriptions filled with Link Pharmacy. The customer service is top tier. The Pharmacist/ Owner goes above and beyond to ensure my prescriptions are filled and the price is affordable. The Pharmacist is professional, patient, and kind when answering any questions and addressing concerns. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Highly recommended!!!! very friendly service provided by the pharmacist. the whole atmosphere has that cozy feels-like-home feeling. the pharmacy is very clean, well maintained. there is never a long wait in person or over the phone. Absolutely the best choice I made to bring our family's drugs to Link Pharmacy!

This pharmacy was incredibly helpful and patient with figuring out how to get my prescription that was out of stock in addition to speaking with my insurance to ensure it will be covered. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me and them to ensure I was taken care of. I would recommend to any family and friends to not only support a great business but to support a small local business.

We switched to Link Pharmacy a year or two ago after having repeated issues with a corporate pharmacy. We have been so happy with the personalized service. Rashon is fabulous -- knowledgeable, friendly, professional. He takes the time to get to know his customers. It's good to know that we have a pharmacist we can trust and don't have to double-check that everything is filled correctly. Highly recommend!

LAKELAND, FLORIDA!!! This is the original ONE and ONLY Link Pharmacy. Mr. Nathoo and his staff have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me and my prescriptions!! They are truly a BLESSING!! I can’t thank Mr. Nathoo enough for his kindness, wonderful customer service and always having my meds!! I’ve been using his pharmacy for at least 3-4 years or more. If ANYONE has a problem then you’re most likely at the wrong pharmacy!!

The pharmacist took the time to ensure I got the medication I needed, showing not only professionalism but also a genuinely kind heart.
